Ellicott City Cookie Co is a local small business that does not have the ability to ship.  All Valentine's Day orders will be picked up from my residence in Ellicott City, MD on Saturday, 2/12 between 9am and 3pm.  I will email you the night before pick ups to provide my address.  Orders will be sorted alphabetically by last name on a self serve table in my driveway.
